頭城麵糕煎位於頭城鎮開蘭路上，自1979 年創立以來已有四十多年的歷史，如今由第二代經營，但依然保持最初的味道，因此是許多在地人的童年回憶與美好滋味。
麵糕煎外皮脆脆的，裡面吃起來軟軟糯糯，香香甜甜，口感非常有層次。是許多頭城人心中的經典小吃，有花生與芝麻兩種口味，通常一鍋可以切成四塊，若是想要綜合或者減糖等客製化，則可以訂一鍋四塊，再請老闆調整。
麵糕煎都是售完為止，而且往往保溫櫃中的成品也會突然被前面的客人掃購一空，因此想品嚐的朋友要動作快呦！

Toucheng Miangao Jian is located on Kailan Road in Toucheng Township. Established in 1979, the shop has more than 40 years of history and is now run by the second generation. It continues to preserve the original flavor, making it a nostalgic childhood memory and beloved treat for many locals.
Miangao Jian has a crispy outer layer with a soft, chewy, and glutinous center. Its sweet and fragrant flavor creates a delightful contrast in texture. It is a classic local snack cherished by generations of Toucheng residents and comes in two flavors: peanut and sesame. One batch is usually cut into four pieces. Customers can also order a four-piece batch and request a combination of flavors or reduced sugar according to their preference.
The shop sells Miangao Jian until sold out, and the finished pieces in the warming cabinet can sometimes be quickly purchased by customers ahead of you. If you’d like to try this beloved Toucheng treat, be sure to get there early!
